晓白，本名白延庆，男，1957年生，北京人。毕业于北京师范学院中文系，中国作家协会会员。1986年开始发表文学作品，至今已在《人民文学》、《当代》、《中国作家》等刊物上发表中、短篇小说近200万字。小说集《归国少女》于1994年由作家出版社出版。近200万字的手稿被中国 现代文学馆收藏。
